Anthony Dacres was raised in the fruitful, rural parish of St Thomas. The young man behind-the-scenes of the luxurious meal that makes people happy, as his tagline said it all: ‘Making people happy through good food.’

Dacres’ brand, Chef Dacres, gained popularity after being featured in newspapers and on television. Chef Dacres worked as a private chef, cooking for local and international clients, celebrities like Chris Gayle, Buju Banton and Tarrus Riley. Besides being a chef, he is also a content creator and brand influencer. 

This dish is one of Jamaica’s popular dish.
Rundung is simply described as food cooked in Coconut Milk and
flavoured with seasonings and dried herbs. Saltfish is usually used in
Rundung because it pairs well. Vegetables can also be used. This finger-licking meal is made with the sweetness of coconut, the saltiness of fish, and spices like thyme and scotch bonnet pepper.
